Bob Fisher Executive Vice President/Greater Bay

As Executive Vice President of the Greater Bay, Bob has full responsibility of managing the revenue and profitability targets while driving business development and providing leadership to his staff during the upfront analysis, estimating and actual constructing of projects.  Bob will also be heavily focused on building the capabilities of the region by coaching, mentoring and developing our current staff and recruiting talented employees that will be needed as the region grows.   

Fisher joined Top Grade in 1994 where he was tasked with heading up the Estimating Department. In his tenure, Top Grade has fostered relationships with Sun Cal Companies, Swinerton & Walberg, Devcon, Bovis Lend Lease, Toll Brothers, KB Homes, Shapell Homes, Catellus, and Whiting Turner.

His selected project experience includes Delta Coves Subdivision- Bethel Island, Bay Meadow Redevelopment-San Mateo, Cisco Campus-Milpitas, Santana Row-San Jose, Sorrento Subdivision @ Dublin Ranch, Pacific Commons Retail-Fremont, Gale Ranch Subdivision-San Ramon, Bridgepoint Shopping Center-San Mateo, and McCarthy Ranch Retail-Milpitas.

Prior to Top Grade, Fisher worked at DeSilva Gates Construction where his management of Private Works in the Central & South Division accounted for annual revenues of $30 million. Additionally, he managed key relationships with KB Homes, Shapell and Citation Homes. Earlier in his career, Fisher worked at Piazza Paving where as Chief Estimator he built his knowledge base in the industry.

Fisher holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno. He also holds Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from San Jose State University. 

A Pennsylvania native, Fisher resides in Pleasanton with his wife. He spends his free time golfing, reading and wine tasting.
