Frank Williams
President/Top Grade Materials
|
As President of Top Grade Materials, Frank manages the day-to-day operations of the Materials Division at Top Grade. Frank is responsible for identifying material and quarry opportunities and managing the operations of those entities.
Williams joined Top Grade in 2006 where he was tasked with managing Field Operations and developing materials conduits. Currently, he is managing Top Grade’s largest project, Delta Coves Subdivision-Bethel Island for Sun Cal Companies with funding from Lehman Brothers. Additionally, he is working with the management team to automate field operations by using the best software platform in the industry.
Prior to Top Grade, Williams worked at Graniterock as the Aggregate Division Manager. In the aggregate division at Graniterock, Williams and his team increased production efficiencies by over 40% while managing multiple site locations.
Williams joined Graniterock after leaving RGW Construction. While at RGW Construction, Williams worked as a Project Manager. Williams started at Wallace and Kuhl Geotechnical Engineers as an Engineering Assistant.
Williams holds a Masters in Science from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from University of California, Davis.
A California native, Williams resides in Danville with his wife and two children.
