Senior Estimator - Private Works:

Top Grade is seeking a motivated, seasoned Senior Estimator to successfully estimate and secure multiple types of private sector grading and paving projects, including commercial/industrial and residential.  Specifically, the role will be responsible for identifying bid opportunities, preparing competitive bid documents, and developing winning proposals.

In addition, the Estimator will contribute to the success and profitability of projects by providing ongoing assistance during the construction phase, including estimate interpretation, problem resolution, active involvement in the change order process and overall account management.
