Top Grade
Construction's estimating department has one of the most experienced staffs in the industry. Since Top Grade opened its doors, the core of the department has consisted of owners working directly with key employees driven by a vested interest in the success and satisfaction of our clients.
Today our staff of fifteen estimators divides its work between three offices. Our team has over two hundred and fifty years of combined experience in the greater Bay Area and Central Valley.
This varied experience is a vital strength of our estimation department and a key reason why our Field Operations Department is able to bring projects in on time and within budget.
The success of this approach is validated by the number of repeat customers we continue to work with year after year. Maintaining good relationships with every one of our customers is both a key goal and a responsibility that is built-in to our Estimation Department. It's a part of our mission and culture and every member of the Top Grade team understands this founding principle.
Our Estimating Staff is supported by nine takeoff engineers and two full-time modeling engineers. Their use of the latest technology from Agtek for takeoff software and Trimble for modeling software keeps us on the cutting edge of innovations in our industry and has helped to make us an industry leader.
