Safety is a yearly, monthly, daily, hourly and minute to minute task. The following points outline some of the facts regarding Top Grade's safety effort. Working safely is a constantly evolving critical concern. New methods, ideas and other suggestions are welcome and many times implemented in our effort to bring safety to the forefront of all individuals daily tasks...
Currently a four person staff mans our safety effort. These individuals work with and are supported by an executive level employee who acts as the safety director. Safety is a full time commitment at Top Grade Construction.
Working closely with Claims administrators to monitor and move injured workers back to their jobs and productive employment is emphasized. Modified and back to work programs are in place and provided for virtually in every situation.
Quarterly meetings of Top Grade's Safety Committee provide a vehicle for ideas, suggestions, and an audience with other key Company personnel to gain perspective on how best to mitigate safety issues and potential hazards.
