Avalon Heights Subdivision- Fremont, CA
This subdivision project involved three phases of work, intricate and technical hillside grading and slide repairs, and coordination and cooperation with existing residents. Tremendous effort was expended to complete the paving of the main streets prior to the main winter rains.
Cisco Campus Buildings- San Jose, CA
This campus, built for Cisco by a pre-eminent bay area General Contractor over an approximate nine-year time frame, was the ultimate in 'team construction effort and efficiency'. Each phase was completed progressively quicker and provided the owner with space during an exceptional growth spurt. Over 100 acres of construction in four phases encompassed this premier project.
Silicon Graphics- Mountain View, CA
Perhaps one of the most interesting architecturally designed commercial projects in the Bay Area. All the buildings were constructed on podiums over a parking garage. The landscape architecture was equally interesting and required very intricate grading applications.
Sand Hill Road & Stanford Shopping Center- Palo Alto, CA
Infrastructure improvements on and around the Stanford Shopping Center required planning and coordination to minimize the disruption of traffic flow and Center usage. Complete refurbishing and reconfiguration of the Shopping Center parking and drive areas while the shops remained open was a tremendous accomplishment.
Busch Ranch Subdivision- Pleasanton, CA
Major home builder site requiring import of material to build up site to design elevations, and major earthmoving and grading to develop streets, home sites and internal infrastructure.
Milpitas Center- Milpitas, CA
This fast track commercial center project at the gateway to Silicon Valley required tremendous coordination and team construction efforts with the General Contractor and their many subcontractors. Whatever it took, we did it for this job for sure!
