Safety is more than an attitude at Top Grade Construction. It is the goal of Top Grade management to ensure that every employee is provided a safe and healthy environment in which to work.
There is no job so important, nor any service so urgent, that we cannot take time to work safely. To this end, every reasonable effort is made in the interest of accident prevention and health preservation.
Under the direction of the Director of Safety, our Safety professionals have developed specific protocol to encourage and enforce safety practices in every aspect of our business.
Through the years, this emphasis on safety has been reinforced with numerous industry safety awards and recognition. The bottom line for Top Grade though is the fact that every employee goes home at night to their families in the same shape that they arrived. This is the true measure of an effective program in our mind.
